I changed from 38 gallon tank to a 65 gallon tank. I put water conditioner (from Big Al's) and Bio-Support in the tank but my Bala Shark is floating upside down! We did have all the fish in pots for a couple of hours so I'm thinking it might be the stress of the day. The temperature is a bit high at 81 degrees. Please help. I don't know what to do for this fish!

BTW, I checked the water and everything reads "safe".

Did you move the old filter or the media from it when you moved the fish?

I'd suspect ammonia poisoning or possibly lack of oxygen (the hotter water gets, the less oxygen it can hold) and would recommend some huge water changes and some extra aeration.
