Last night I was out and phone home and ask my dad to turn off the lights on my tank, well not only he manage to find the switch to turn off the lights he also accidentally turn off the heater and when i woke up this morning i was surprise to see that the temp is at 25 C/77 F and usually i have it up around 27 C. All the fish seems to be just staying on one spot. I manage to turn it back up again and it's almost at 26 C now. Just wondering if a temp change could seriously affect my fish and my water parameters as it just finish it's cycle?

Not a temp change by 2 degrees like yours, its should be fine. When my guppies would soon deliver i would increase the temp a bit by 2 or 3 degrees to help them give birth and there was no problem with the other fish. I've also heard of people decreasing their temps to help breed, say, cories and its seems it all work out for them as well. But i have heard fish like sharks are sensitive to temperature changes, but i dont know for sure on that one.

A gradual decrease or increase of a couple of degrees will not affect the fish. They get stressed when the change is sudden - like doing a water change with cold water instead of water at tank temperature.
