Caught Clown Rasbora On Hose

Last night one of my clown rasboras swam out of a cave and got caught by the suction of my tube for a split second. He swam off and looked a bit frightened (as I was). He darted around a bit and then settled down. I then noticed that a few patches of scales were missing near his top fin. Today he seems a bit stressed and occasionally chases the other clowns (although they do this a lot anyway).

Should I be worried and should I be doing anything to help him or will it heal naturally?

some anti bacterial medicen will stop it getting infected or anything. apart from that just make sure its clean water
