what is the best way of successfully rearing convict fry

this is the fourth hatch. previous hathes have never survived

the tank is 150L and there are three pairs of cyclids in it

this time i would like to rear some

i have seperate small tanks if required

any help please

Sounds like there is a lot of agression to me. Convicts are new world, and this is the old world forum, so you might get a better answer on the new world forum.
