Cardinal Tetra deaths

I got 12 cardinal tetras yesterday 4 were dead on arrival, I had a quarantine tank setup for them I put the 8 survivors along with 3 amano shrimp that I also got in it yesterday evening and I have another 2 dead now tonight.
80 litre tank
All water parimeters perfect
What’s going wrong ?

most likely died from stress. since 4 were doa, i would expect they went through a lot of that

Ok I was hoping that after a day in the quarantine tank they might be ok, these are the 2 I found this evening

They look a little skinny, so probably not eating from stress as well.

Contact the company and send them pictures of the dead fish and ask them for a credit.

Yes I done this with the 4 that were DoA and got credit for them was just hoping after the rest surviving the first day that they might be ok now

Another 3 dead this morning ? is there anything I can do to stop this

Probably not. If the fish were sick when they were sent to you, or they got poisoned by ammonia while in the bag, or something else stressed them in the bag, they will probably all die
