do these guys stay near the top of the tank. because i was wondering if i could get 2 for my tank i know seffie hates them but most of my fish stay near the bottem of the tank.

They hang about mid level doing very little not a fan of these either very few fish will stay at the top most will hang around the rock so they can bolt into cover if needed.

The bangaiis I have have their spot in a corner of the tank. They stay there together most of the time and only venture out when I'm not looking and then they dart away However, if it's 8pm then they're right out front waiting for food. I love them personally. What kind of cardinals were you looking at? You have to be careful with some, if you get two and they're males, certain species will fight until one is dead.

Trod my sister likes these too Harry, go and watch them in a tank at the lfs, if you love em, then make the purchase

ps but, yes they are boring what about a small wrasse?

i dont know about the small wrasse because i may get a sixline one and they dont like other types of wrasse in the same tank?

I would be careful adding a second wrasse if you already have a 6 line what about a nice bi-colour Blenny if you do not have a blenny already ?

if your tank is big enough, you should try a midas blenny, they are full of personality and are stunning!!

yer there so cool those wrasses. but i never see them in my lfs or in other ones. but i may find some in swallow aquatics im going there today but im not buying fish im buying coral today. its 45mins away from me so we dont go there that much. infact it will be the second time i go there.

Tank is to small for a McKosker in my opionion they like lots of swimming space

Harry if you have a good lfs they will always order in fish etc for you - just ask
