Carbon Pad

can any one help i have had mixed feelings from peole about if i should keep my carbon pad in my filter as my plants seem to be gowing brown and braking apart i have been using ferts and have got plant growth bulbs any help would be great

i can asure you that it'll have nothing to do with the carbon.

give us an idea of the wattage of the bulbs and what ferts you're feeding.
