i no it may of been asked many a time! ive researched through the posts with it in, and theres still alot of conflict.


will a canthigaster valentini (valentini puffer) be compatable in a FOWLR, with 2 clowns, and a CB so far.. there will also be wrasses at a later date.
 
i have i valentini with a maroon clown, 2 chromsis, 1 coral beauty and a regal tang and i have never had any problems
 
These puffers rarely cause harm in aquaria. As a precaution, avoid keeping them with very slow, small, and long-finned fish and shrimp. Your CB shrimp will not be threatened.

i forgot to mention i also have 2 cleaner shrimp and corals. Still no have no problems
 
awesome thanks for the replys im def gonna get one, ive got the 10 gal for my hermits to move into just to be on the safe side, i have no shrimp and i dont plan to get any so thats good, im gonna get a few neon gobies becuase ive heard they do the same cleaning job as the cleaner shrimp.
 
Just a quick note, we had a customer return one of these because it was "Constantly chasing my clowns".

Whether or not he was lying because he just decided not to keep it, I don't know.


But others experiences^, say other wise :good:

cool cheers for the heads up ! il keep a watchful eye on him wen i get him, i may wait till end of july to get it though allow clowns to get a bit bigger and set my nano up for hermits n snails.

how much do they usually go for do u know?
