Can't wait until i get a betta! I have a 10G and a 5G. 10G is cycled but recently got a new 5G. So i'll cycle it then start searching for a betta!

I don't know? What kinds of betta is there? I know a veil tail, dragon something or other, crowntail and half moon?!

There's veiltail (the ones you most often see in stores), plakat, crowntail, halfmoon, double tail, dragon scale, giant and big-eared that I can think of

Crown tails are the best IMO. Closely followed by half moons.

I'm a fan of HMs myself. I wasn't until I knew what they were. Also like Crowntails

You could take some filter media from your 10g (about 1/4) and that will cycle the 5g enough for one betta just saying. Then you don't neccessarily have to wait

Personally im a plane vt guy their tail resembles a flame or a water droplet ( dependin on colour)
