Had white spot in the tank now for two weeks. I've raised the temperature in the tank to 29 and been treating it with WS3 (from King British)

All of the fish responded well to the treatment but the neons and cardinals in the tank just seem to be taking turns is showing the spots!

One of my platys is now showing signs of fin rot (possibly from the reduced water condition because of 2 weeks of treatment???)

What should I do? Can I treat the tank with two meds at once? I'm thinking of removing the neons and cardinals and then treat them on their own - I know that I need to continue treating the main tank for at least 48 hours after signs of white spot are gone.

Any advice would be great.

How far into the treatment are you with the whitespot?

It depends on the medicine whether or not you can treat the tank with multiple treatments you need to read the instructions.

Finrot can be common with whitespot.
Sometimes the whitespot med clears it up.

you probably have done this already,,,but have you taken out the carbon from your filter,,if you leave it in it soak all the treatment up?
