Fluval is a better filter than Eheim.

hahaha that's funny....best joke I've heard this week.

Fluvla are awful filters (minus the FX5) the rest are pants.

If you want a decent filter the only two that are worth the money are eheim and tetratec.

You will probably never see anyone agree w/ me here but if you want a good cheap canister get a magnum. Drs foster and smith have the magnum 350 for about $80. Its very effective, cheap, easy to maintain, and can hold a pretty decent amount of media. I'd recomend others if money wasnt an issue, but IMO you cant beat a magnum for a cheap canister.
