hm maybe a year? but its the fun of watching them grow!! alo not nessaceraly. but most f te same sex will fight not all ut most. and if you get by pot luck 2 males 2 females they will PROBABLY end up becomig 2 pairs. maybe not but probably. i wud get four and see what happens...

Your tank comes out to around 67 gallons. Seeing as adult angels need 10 gallons per fish, you could get 6 or 7 in there. Potential breeders need 5 gallons each, so you could easily get 12 to start, and once they reach the age where they start to get more aggressive weed out the few aggressive ones. As already stated, plenty of water changes helps them grow, you are looking at about 1 1/2 years for angels to get from 3" to 7", if you are including the fins.
