Can You Feed Marine Fish Crickets?

my cichlids used to eat them, and so did my gars,
ive got mainly predator fish like Masked puffer, and a lion fish. Picasso trigger.
is it aceptable to feed them Crickets, and or Mealworms as a treat?

i think i remember lynden saying you can. Also mentioned that they are good to get dificult fish to feed on frozen

It would be useful to have several small damselfish to eat the guts that will inevitably be scattered about the tank.
