ok i would like to breed BN plecs so my guppies fry have got to go some where
they are 4 morths old
felmale
around 15 guppies
so can they go in the 4 gallon
or is it mean to move them to a 4 gallon UK tank from a 24 gallon UK TANK

As has been pointed out in earlier topics, guppies actually need a bit of swimming space during the first months of their lives, to develop their tail muscles. Also, they grow quickly and you would soon have overstocking problems too. The other problem would be that unless you separate the males and females, they will soon start breeding, and you will get an interesting illustration of the phenomenon of exponential growth.
