Can Someone Help With Todays Cycling Stats?

My tanks has been cycling for a week with some mature media and the stats 10 minutes ago are above. Can anyone advise me as to what to do next?
Do I wait till Ammonia reaches zero and then top it back up to3-4ppm?
Or do my stats indicate I should do anything else such as a water change?

Am I just to top up the ammonia?

When the ammonia drops to zero, add more , enough to bring the ammonia back up to 5ppm...
