Can someone help me gender ID this betta?

Hey guys, I've posted about this guy a couple of times. Still need help with gender, I got a better photo. Also, any name suggestions?

Also, I moved him from the 5g w/ lil' fish to his own 1.5g w/ ghost shrimp. Tank Photos:

Still can't tell. It would be very hard on a white betta, look closely behind the ventrals. A side shot would be most helpful, with the ventrals flared forward. I know it's harder to get than it sounds. CUTIE though!!!

Is there any sign of a oviposter (sp)? if so its a female.
