Can Someone Confirm This Is A Tetraodon Nigroviridis

Hi I have 2 of these but I just want to confirm they are what they are supposed to be.

Yes they are.

Keep in brackish water, high brackish/full marine as adults.

They are currently in 1.005 a site I read said they are slightly brackish to freshwater.

Nope Fella is correct, High Brackish to full marine salt at adulthood.

so how and when would I be best to increase it?

You don't have to do it right away, you can do it over years if you wanted to. At that size 1.005 would be fine. You could literally add a couple of tablespoons of marine salt with every weekly water change, and that would be perfectly ok.
