Can It Still Be Done?

My LPS backed out on our original agreement of 1 inch in order to buy my baby kenyi. Now she wants them 1.5 inches. There are currently in a 10 gallon tank. I do 50% water changes and feed them frequently. With this care they have grown pretty fast.
My question is, can I get these guys to grow 1.5 inches in this 10 gallon? How long do you think it will take. They are about 3 weeks old right now. I took them from the mother when she was only 5 or 7 days holding.

How many fry do you currently have? How quickly they grow will largely depend on how frequently you do water changes and what/how often you feed. I'd do daily water changes if you already aren't and try feeding them small amounts 4 times a day if possible.
