tank size is always important. if we don't know the tank size we can't tell you if you're overstocked or not. can we have more precise details of what you have in your tank? i.e. how many angels/guppies etc? thanks!

but i believe gouramis and guppies can be ok together.

3 clown loach
1 angelfish
4 gouramis
1 common pleco
2 balloon mollys
1 redtail shark
1 albino shark (trust me the sharks dont attack, they are pretty big....)
3 corys
1 small swordtail

want about 2 or 3 female guppys.

The angelfish might eat the guppies or their fry. But you could get about 6 to 7 black widow tetras I believe.

The angelfish is the one I would be worried about. They can be quite prone to nipping guppy tails and are more likely to when they are the only angelfish in the tank.
Having said that,if you get big females with less fancy tails then you are less likely to have tail nipping
You dont say what kind of gourami you have but Ive kept guppies with gold, opaline.moonlight and pearl gourami at various stages and had no problems whatsoever.
Another plus is the size of the tank

Well get the guppies at full size and make sure they dont have very "fancy" tsaailns meaning like a red color or a mixed color.
The angelfish will take an occasional nip so be careful. Make sure the tank has hiding spots.
The redtail shark can get dangerous also, even though you are saying ti wont. If the guppies go to the "bottom" near the rtbs then he/she might attack the guppy.
Also when you feed your fish make sure that the guppies get the food. With the fish you have in there there could be agrresive behavior on the food.
Just be careful thats it. And ya you can get black skirt tetras easily wuith no problem. I have had them with a lot of fish and i am very experienced with them. I can tell you right now that as long as your have your tetras in gropus of 4 or more you will be fine.
