Hi again. Bought some treatment at lunch and although the ingredients don't mention copper but I'm still not sure about my shrimps.

Q - The owner suggested I remove the shrimp while treatment goes on but won't the need treated anyway - seeing as they shared the same tank?

Q - WS3 treatment states add treatment every 48hrs. After 5 treatments do a water change. Don't I want to be doing more water changes than that at this time??

Q - I've read elsewhere that treating white spot can be done by raising the water temperature to 30 and adding salt (LFS mentioned it too) but I don't know how my fish will handle the salt.

Thanks for the article. Very informative.

All sources advice raising the water temp to 30. But am I right in thinking 30 will be too hot for all of the fish in my tank? (guppies/zebra danio/neon tetra/amaon shrimp) Will the water heat not kill them?

The fish will tolerate the temp as long as there plenty of aeration in the tank.
