There! ;0)
In my 70litre, a few months ago I bought 2 female mollies, because the male had recently lost his - - friend. :-( Well, they both got really fat, and a few weeks later I saw a baby, it was a cream colour on the front half and black on the back half, with three black spots on the front half. A few more weeks later, was doin a water change, and saw the baby flopping about in the filter. After my Dad rescued him, we realised there were 2. They both look identical, and swim around together. Now they are about a centimetre and a half each in length. Would they be ok to move to my 45gal? I'm thinking about the parents as well. It's because my 70litre is a little overstocked. I was wondering if they would be compatible. The fish are
3 platys
7 m/f guppies
3 corys
2 plecs (will be moved when they need to be)
2 BKGs (will also be moved, but are small at the moment)
4 silver-tipped tetras
5 black widow tetras
3 angels
4 gouramis
2 female bettas
4 shrimps
Thanks in advance! V. sorry for xtra long post! :*)

Doh! :X
You sure are a fast reader!

EDIT: But anyway, when they're older and big enough, will they be compatible?

When they got as big as the platies of course they could!

Having said that!......getting a bit crowded in that 70L!!!

Do you mean 'getting a bit crowded in the 45gal?' :p
oops sorry, didn't read properly, but.........

Yes, I suppose in the 45 gal too with the angels and gouramis!!!

The main rule about fry is it is safe to move them once they are bigger enough not to fit into other fish's mouths, if they're a cm and a half they should be fine i suppose; i would make sure the tank has plenty of heavily planted areas so at least if the fry have any problems they can still hide somwhere.

A centimetre and a half is the perfect snack for a decent sized angel tho....that's quite tiny!
