Can I Mix Terrapin's And Other Species

Hi,ive just got a terrapin off a friend who no longer wants it. It looks in good condition and the tank is 3 ft so it looks as though it has plenty of space.I would like to put other things E.G fish in the tank with the terrapin and would like some advice on what i can and what i cant.Also my friend was feeding it prawns!!!shall i continue feeding it prawns or do they need something else.Your comments are much appreciated thanks

tbh i would start getting the conditions right for the turtle before even considering adding anything else, which tbf isn't advisable.

The turtle will require a much better diet including a dried vitamin/calcium pellet such as reptomin and a wide range of other foods in its diet including aquatic plants and green vegetables, The turtle will also most likely require a UV bulb to keep its shell healthy, and prevent any disease setting in,

tank is also sounding to be too small for most turtle species long term, but an ID is required before any further info can be given
