Hello,
I recently bought a used 55g that came with an Aqua-Tech 30-60 filter among other things. I want to make it a mbuna tank and am now looking at buying a 2nd filter because obviously, this one won't handle the load alone. Therefore, I'm wondering if I can keep this one as a "sidekick" to a bigger one or if i'm better off thrashing it and buying 2 other filters.
If I go with the first option, do you have a few examples of filters that could handle the extra work properly?
Thanks!
