can i have 3 dwarf gourami in my 60 litre biorb life??
 
well i am planning on just having 3 dwarf gourami and thats it?
or 3 keyhole cichlids what do you think would be best?

Keyhole cichlids need much bigger tanks so those are definitely out of the question. I would either keep a pair of Honey Gourami or a single Dwarf Gourami.

No, you can't keep Rosy Barbs in a 60 litre tank. You'd need a tank atleast 150 litres for those.

As long as you pick the right species, Bumblebee goby are fine in Freshwater
 
60 liters is equal to 15.8 gallons, and three dwarf gouramis could live in a 10 gallon (37.8 liter) tank if there were no other fish. So you could keep three dwarf gouramis in your 60 liter tank (you might be able to to keep four but I would not recomend it).
