Can I Get More Neon Tetras?

I have got a 180 litre fluval vincenza, currently stocked with:
 
4 orange platy (3 pregnant at the mo)
9 neon tetra
6 penguin tetra
3 pentazona barb
6 shrimp
 
would love to get more neon tetra, is this possible and if so how many would people suggest?

I always thought I would have to get rid of the barbs and have watched them really closely for months and they have been really placid and timid. The penguin tetras are the zippy bully ones. By the way what does mmmyes mean??

I would get more barbs and penguin tetras instead. Penguins are a tad aggressive at the best of times but in a small school their nasty behavior may be amplified.

This is also suitable but you want to limit how much you put in. There all mid swimming fish.

ok, was neons I was looking at really, and maybe another 6. I had never really thought about them all being mid swimmers (my first tank), and it's only since I have all these that I look and think perhaps I should have done things differently. I like the penguins but they are not schooling, they just zip around doing their own thing really. I think I was a bit overwhelmed when I went to my LFS (it's a good one lol)

Pentazona (five-banded) barbs are quite timid, and don't have much in common with tigers outside of colors and genus.  Getting a few more of them would help them with their timidity.

I love the idea of having a shoal, the neons I have shoal quite nicely sometimes and it would be good to have a bigger shoal. I hadn't thought about getting more barbs, but sounds quite nice, they are sweet
