•10 gallon:
-1 albino Cory catfish
-1 bush nose pleco
-3 dragontail guppy
-2 redtail guppy

i used to hve 4 small mollies in there too (they were happy i know it was cramp...but they were happy) and well they're gone now to someone else, so i would like to get some more maybe--suggestions?

cories should be kept in groups of 6+, a 10g tank doesn't have enough floor space for 6 cories so you shouldn't have any
bush nose plec..... do you mean a bristle nose, if so then that's too big for a 10g tank too, it'll get to 6-8" the biggest fish you should have in a 10g is about 2"

so you need to re-home those two fish which would just leave you with the guppies. you have room for 5 1" fish in there so a nice small shoal of soemthing else. nothing that's gonna get bigger than an inch or likes a lot of swimming room, have a look at rasbora's and tetra's in your LFS, there's so many to choose from sometimes it's best to just see what you can get in your area than to have people advise you and then not be able to get it. Just make sure you check the adult size is no bigger than 1" and that they're not too active.

actually my britlenose pleco is different my lfs got mini type ones...and they said it be good for my tank
it gets up to 5-6"
and the cory, once i realised they liked group no where were i lived continued to sell them...

I'm always dubious of 'mim types' sold by fish stores, more often that not they're not mini they're just young when they're sold and they just tell you it'll stay small to get a sale, sadly this happens an awful lot, i've seen 'mini' versions of all sorts sold and know it's a blatent lie. However I'm happy to stand corrected if there is a smaller version, do a bit of your own research on the web or ask in the plec forum. They'll tell you if it's a lie or not.
at any rate 5-6" is still too big for a 10g tank IMO, what are the exact dimensions of your tank? it needs to be at least 4x as long as the biggest the fish can reach, and 1.5x the fish's length for the width and depth of the tank.
if you can't find the cory some companions you should re-home him with someone who has some, he won't be happy otherwise.
