Can I Buy Live Plants On The Internet ?

hey! was just wondering if anybody knows any decent websites where i could buy good quality live plants from, my tank needs a bit more planting

plants alive are apparently good. i am planning to use them as i have read some good reviews and fluttermoth has said that she has heard they are to. they are quite reasonably priced.

There's a few. I have used aquaessentials is quite good, or thegreenmachine. I've used one called plantedtanks but it has a very slow shipping process with no guarantee of your plants being included in the shipment (not a great site). Otherwise head over to a popular auction site of your choosing as you can pick up some good plants on there from the major sellers in the East.

oh ps!! if like me you don't know much about plants, you should go on to the website and request a catalogue!! it has pics of all the plants so you know what you will recieve!!!

thanks guys i really wanna get myself some new plants, i'll check these sites, i would go to my local pet store but lately they dont really seem to have much choice in plants and im desperate for some lol!

i dont know a great deal about plants, i know a little though a catologue would certainly help me, thanks laura

What are the rules there? I live about an hour from the US/Canadian border but we cannot transport live plants over the border?

The delivery on this site isn't great, nor is the plant quality in my experience. I ordered 5 plants on a Sunday (not knowing their process), order gets placed on Thursday, on the following Tuesday they told me 2 of my 5 wouldn't be included and refunded for those and I received the other 3 on Thursday. Of those 3 I only have one left because the other 2 were poor quality. I have an order with them at the moment with some different plants to see if it's any better but at the moment I would not recommend them to you.
