Can I Add This Fish?

can i add a Rainbow shark or red Tailed shark to my tank? i heard they get up to 4 inches

Red tails can get upto 4 inches and rainbows can get up to 6 inches. Both are semi-aggressive and may eat your tetras and small fish... I wouldn't add them just because of the risk of loosing other fish and the fact that your tank (if it is the one in your profile) is pretty stocked...
