Can I Add Guppies?

I want to add guppys to my tank but dont know if they are compatible with the rest of my fish.

I've got:
Plecos
angels
neons
penquin tetra
gouramis
yo yo loach
glass catfish
corys
and a strange clear fish with a pink tail.

Can I have guppies, yes or no?

1 with a pink tail (very small)

the penguin tetras, will most likely rip the guppies tails to shreds as they should be in groups of 6+ or else they will get very nippy
