I have a 29 gallon planted cycled tank that's pretty much stocked but I'd love to get a couple corys if possible. I currently have 5 zebra danios, 7 harlequin rasboras, 1 pb dwarf gourami, 2 otos (had 3 but one recently died), and a mystery snail. I'm not really sure how hard the otos and snail are on the bioload so I don't know if I can get away with anything more so I thought I'd ask the experts!

Have you done a water test to check the water levels?
I think that as long as they're fine, you're alright adding some corries.

Yes, everything's fine. PH is 7.0, Ammonia is 0, NitrItes are 0, NitrAtes are 10. How many corys could I add? I've read they need to be in groups but I don't want to screw up my cycle.

Your tank specs are pretty good.

I would also add one or two more otos, being social creature and all.

I think that you can safely add some corys. I'd go with 3-5 depending on (full-grown) size. They do vary slightly in size. Another oto or two would be a fine idea as well
