My krib is a complete pig...he always scarfs down as much food as he can as fast as he can. Today I was watching my fish about twenty minutes after I fed them and noticed he "spit up" some glassworms. Is this normal? :S

Sure it is.

You may be overfeeding it. Fish don't know when to stop. They'll eat it, spit it out, and then try to eat it again.

some fish actually do know when to stop, its gold fish that dont know when to stop.

I try not to overfeed...he's just so much faster than some of them, he get alot more food, alot quicker than the others.

Most of my fish (usually cichlids) will roll the food around in their mouth, and repeat that process several times until they eat it, or let the other fish clean it up. It's perfectly normal. Your fish probably found a piece of food laying around, and spit it out after he remembered that he was full ;)
