Can Fish Transort Snail Eggs

as in title can fish egg snail eggs then pass them through there digestive systm unharmed resulting in you swapping fish from tank to tank then having a snail out break

is it possible

I wouldn't have thought so. Reason being, the acidic conditions in the fishes digestive system would destroy the snail egg tissue and kill them.
And I know it's not much to go on, but I havn't seen a fish pick snail eggs off the glass wall of an aquarium..
