hey everyone,
I was wondering whether bettas can survive off of duckweed alone for a few weeks. I went to a pet shop and a plant nursery, and the people working there said bettas could eat the roots of peace lillies, duckweeds, and other water plants, but after going online and searching around, I noticed that many people say bettas don't eat plants. Does anyone have an answer? Thanks!

Bettas may apear to be eating plant roots or duckweed , what they'll eat is tiny animals like water fleas and others[ bugs we'll call them ] barely seen by the naked eye .
