If its for a tank with low to medium lighting under 2 watts per gallon i would use either Seachem Flourish, Tropica Master Grow, Kent Botanic Grow or API Leafzone, the Kent product and Leafzone should be widely available in an lfs, the others are probably easier to get online, but all of those are very good.

If you havent modified the lighting then the ferts i mentioned will do just fine, just follow the label for the dosing instructions.
