Can Anyone Plz Help With My Water Stats & Giving Meds Plzzz

got my test kit today after finally finding a lfs that knew what he was talking about i bought melafix and whitespot treatment as my fish seem to have fin rot and white spot can i use both these treatments at the same time???
also my tank is 30"Lx12"Wx15"H holds 88litres i think and my water readings are
ammonia 0.25 - 0.50ppm
nitirite 0ppm
nitrate 5.0ppm
are these ok my instructions are hard to understand?

my tank has been set up two weeks i wanted to cycle with fish but bad lfs sold me tetras to cycle with and he told me to take 11 which is way to many to star of with bad i know slap on wrist for me for not doin my homework but i trusted him but i did tell him the whole story and ask for hardy fish anyway tryin do the best i can for my tetras now

The fish probably have finrot due to the stress from whitespot. I would treat for whitespot first and see how you go. Do a 20% water change each day before you give the treatment to keep the ammonia down.

Don't even think about adding anymore fish till the whitespot and finrot are gone and you have 0 for ammonia and nitrite and its stayed stable for a couple of weeks.
