Can Any One Tell Me What Swim Bladder Disease Is

hi am having problems all my fish are starting to die and this has been going on for a while can some one please tell me what swim bladder disease is and what are the symptons are

Swim bladder disease is when a fish can't get rid expanded gases fast enough and its swim bladder expands and may even explode.
The symtoms are:
severe loss of balance, even belly up

If your having problems with fish dieing it would be far easier to pin point the problem if you told us what the symptoms are (your fish appear to have). Also include tank size and inhabitants as well as ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and Ph reading. How long has your tank been up and running.
