Its normally when they do have there babies when they go around the bottom of the tank under the plants and that give it 24 to 48 hrs and then have a look

some times shes stays near the bottom but some times swims near the top cos the male followers her

bump, i put her in the breeding tank last night and swam around normally but she seems to have shrunk to a little over normal size over night. but no fry at all, she only stayed near the bottom for 20mins in the community tank at about 7pm yesterday and stayed normal after that in the community tank and the breeding tank. she was the size in the pics at 1.30am this morning but at 7 when i got up she seemed to have shunk.

Sometimes when guppies stress out, they can abort the pregnancy.
She does look like she is just about to drop in the pics. How long have you had her? Also with a male? Cause they give birth every 4-5 weeks.

i've placed here back in the my community tank now, as i dont think she is going to give birth. she has been in there about 2 and a half weeks with 2 other females and 1 male. do they drop the fry when they abort (but dead)? as i saw her poo was white and abit bigger than normal.

let nature take its course and u will see fry sooner or later (especially with 3 females) and the fry will make it to adulthood if you have non aggresive fish in the tank (read my sig..thats all natural,no interfearance from me)
