Can An Arowana Get Hemorrhagic Septicemia?

My arowana seems to have a orange-red streak on both of his fins. His lower fins are similar in color, and the edges of my aros fins dont look inflamed. However, it is the streak, so I'm a little worried. He ate well today, and is moving around just fine

Posting a pic would help. Septicemia usually appears as reddish streaking where the fins meet the body.
