Cabomba Spreading?

Since Cabomba is about the only thing doing good in my tank.. how can I spread it? It is very long and is growing a veyr large ammount of roots. what do I do to spread it? Burry the vertical sectiosn in the graval?

Chop the top half of the plant off and then plant it a few cm away.

I really dont know how to explain it more. What do you mean the roots are all over? There are lots of roots everywhere?

like.. ever place where leaves come off.. roots go down. 0_o

so i cut it in the middle and plant the cut off part a bit aways from the new part?

Yeah. Nothing bad could happen if you did it wrong.

I cut just below the leaves then remove the bottom leaves on the new shoots and plant it. Doesnt matter about the roots, they grow everywhere.

Some of mine have also started growing roots at the bottom and a new shoot will start growing there. Easiest way to get it to spread is just to cut off the top 3-4 inches and replant it.
