C02 Idea

would getting a tube n blowin bubbles into the tank work??? i mean its c02 it should work i have a 5.5 or 6 gallon wif javamoss and one pennyworth wud i need c02 for that little plants?



wat about alk selzter pills?? and wud putting a plastic cup in tank help trap the bubbles?

firstly... unstable co2 would cause alge, thats why the dose it and leave it aproach is a bad one....
"blowin" into the tank wouldn`t really work as there wouldn`t be enough co2 disolved from your breath (thats what i`m asuming your talking about)

and you won`t need co2 for those plants they will grow quite happily with no extra help. and adding co2 to a tank that size can be a bit dodgy as its very easy to overdose the tank

Hehe, blowing wont work. It might work if you are willing to blow all day (very constantly) and somehow exhale way more CO2 than normal
