i have a yeast surgar reaction to make c02 and alot of the bubbles make it to the top its the red sea kit tha i have and it has a diffuser that is like a lil power head and blows the bubbles out and i have another to blow them around the tank a lil but still reaching the top any aideas on what to do i was thinking like a bell jar type thing to keep the gass under water or somthing your input would be very appreciated

I feel these type of systems are a little hit and miss affair when If you are truly serious about growing aquatic plants a full blown kit would be more suitable and what's more controllable. A small CO2 kit such as JBL does not cost much these days and you can add controllers to fully automate the CO2 to the desired pH and saturation.
Just a thought

BigC is right about pressurised systems vs the yeast based ones, they are much more effective. One thing though, the electronic pH controllers are of little real value and not worth the money, better to save it and spend it on something else that will be of real use. To answer your question though, I'd use a glass diffuser such as this clicky though make sure its a small one as diy systems can find it difficult to build enough pressure for the larger diffusers.
