Hi has anyone had a lot of success buying plants online?

The LFS's round me temd to have pretty poor plants not even sure if some of them are aquatic, so im lookin gat buying from the web, how are the plants shipped (they surely cant just be put in an envelope) an do they arrive in good condition?

If anyone from the UK buys online regularly could you let me know the sites you use?

Thanks

seconded, the guy at green line is brilliant, high quality plants at good prices :)

I can third that! Excellent quality plants for a relatively cheap price. You cant go wrong!

From what I have heard Greenline is a great one to go for (and where i will go next). I went with a different company (which I wont name) and I would say at least 20% of the plants turned up in very poor condition (out of about 250 plants).

plants off ebay are grea.t. u get them fast!
mine from greenline arrived the next day:p

bet u didn't get them for 2-3 dollars tho did ya? LOL....(thats 2 plants..)

eBay has many aquatic plant sellers. I have bought off eBay and i'll grant you that its cheap, but none of the plants are properly weighted nor remotely rooted, and are not as dense as the plants you buy off greenline, which may i add, delivers to many countries and delivers to a lot more people than the eBay sellers do.

Moral of the story... You get what you pay for.
