I'm about to plant up my tank and have been looking at online suppliers. has any one tried greenline aquatics (www.aquaticplants.eu.com) or www.java-plants.com and if so are they any good. Or does anyone else have any recommendations?

cheers

Greenline are great, the only place I would buy plants from, always helpful and always quickl delivered

I know of people who have bought from Java and have heard mixed reports, more often than not about late delivery

I received a lot of plants from Greenline on Wednesday, most of which are now pearling. Only my Ammania minis are less than happy, even they there are one or two O2 buubbles forming on them on day two. They sent me an email to say when they would arrive, plus, due to the amount I spent (yoinks), there were a few quite nice freebies as well. Go for it!

Hi,

I bought about £30 worth of plants from greenline a couple of weeks back. Very impressed with the quality, and also the service.

No hesitations in recommending them.

Grrenline are good and cheap but quality has been a little weak in the past and I'm sure they mixed up the species they've sent me. But that said the plant selections are an ultra bargain, so if you dont mind what you get and want lots of plants cheap then they are ideal. My other recommendation would be aquaessentials.co.uk, as they stock the world famous tropica plants, and will order you ones they've not got in stock, service and quality are top notch.

Sam
