Anyone had any good experiences buying online, to arrive in the post?

Yeah done it loads of times.never had any problems.just be sure that your unboxi g and acclimation isn't rushed.

I've done this too. Only once but all was well? They were really well packaged.

Twice for me, the second delivered only a few weeks ago. Both orders arrived in very cold weather with no harm or losses. If using auction sites check their feedback and comments.
 
The sellers and couriers really do seem to have it down to a fine art now, next day delivery but you will pay a premium, around £15 p&p.
 
Bear in mind thousands of fish are shipped around the world in plastic bags and polystyrene boxes every day and is how they arrive in our favorite LFS.

i purchased shrimp several times through Aaquatic arts (a US company) All arrived heathy and had no problems.
