Buying New Tank

hi i am seriously thinking of upgrading my tank and going for a jewel aquarium i currently have a 3 ft 20/gtallon=100L does any1 have any suggestions on which jewel would be a good one to buy i was looking at one of the corner ones and the lfs quoted me ............................wait for it..............................£455.24 i then typed the name of the tank in my search bar and it came up 290.00 any feed back will be very helpful thanks joe

i know thanks ppl have said so i will be transfering him to a 5 gallon when my fry are big enough to be transfered out any other advice on which tank please

For £455 you could get a Juwel Rio 300 with stand link

You might want to consider switching LFS's. There are several online sites that sell Juwel Aquariums - the one I just linked you to will ship any aquarium free of charge within the UK mainland.

thanks for that page ill have a look through them all as ideally for now im looking along the lines of a 180

I have just bought a Juwel Rio300 with stand and it cost £412 from lfs and they included a £30 fish voucher. Don't know about delivery costs, we collected it. I also researched prices online and they varied from £379 to £460. Some charge for delivery, sometimes it is free on an offer or some you have to collect. Hope that helps. I have mine set up now, I am beginning to wonder how I will reach the bottom of the tank for maintenance!

thanks ill have a good look online then to see if i can get a bargin and as for cleaning ill shove the wife in head first lol no seriously ill cross that bridge when i get to it
