Buying good stock

I have finally finished setting up everything that I need to breed bettas without worring about unexperience or lack of trying. Although I want to get some good stock at the right age, and nice enough fins and colors. Where do you suggest that I buy my stock from??

depends on what kind, but Wuv is a good source for orange plakats...

Tried aquabid, although more than half of there stock is overseas and will cost an arm and a leg to ship.

Any reliable betta breeder. BettaTalk and BC Bettas both have nice stock. Aquabid can have really good quality bettas, but you'd have to ask around for reputable breeders. You may be able to find a breeder close to home.
