Looking over the beginners pages the recommended source for ammonia solution is such as Boots Chemists, but I can't find a branch that stocks it.

Does anyone have a source they could recommend?

I don't think Boots stocks it any more, though you can buy it online and have it delivered to your nearest branch free for you to pick up.

I got mine from Homebase.

When I was looking for it, I went to Robert Dyas, and there's wasn't suitable - when I shook it, it frothed up like a kid's bubble-blowing mixture.
