Buying A New Tank Offline

Has anyone ever heard of a seam warranty on fish tanks? Where I'm looking it says a 90 day seam warranty which is only like 3 months so I'm going to look elsewhere but does anyone know how long a warranty should be for if there is one? I would think at least a year, but I don't know

never come across this but if they dont think there seams will last longer than 90 days i would stay away lol

10 or less gallon Aqueon brand tanks have a 90 day seam and breakage manufacturers warranty. 15 to 55 gallon Aqueons have a 5 year warranty and 56+ gallon ones have a lifetime warranty. Except the warranties only apply if you have them on their brand of aquarium stand, don't pick it up while it's filled, yada yada yada.

Anyways what I was getting at was that if you can't find a retailer who offers a a good warranty with their tanks, maybe a tank with a good manufacturers warranty will do. The Aqueon warranty that came with my tank says you can return it to the store where you got it from, so I have no clue how they'll tell or care what stand you had it on or any of that.
