Buy sell trade forum????

Hey do you have to have a certain amount of posts or something to post a topic in the buy sell trade forum I need used filters and 2 24" inch light hoods. If any one can explain to me what i would have to do to post this is in the buy/sell/trade forum since it keeps telling me that i dont have access to post there thanks.

HI, I tried to PM you but you're still not active.
Are you in UK?
I will have a spare nearly new 2ftx1ft tank hood very soon as I bought 3 off ebay and only need 2. It will be 7 days or so before they arrive though, but you can have one for what I paid + postage at cost.
