Buterfly Ram Question

i have had 4 of these beautiful little fish for about a month now. My intent was to put them in a 46 gal tank with my blood parrots and gouramis but yesterday i read that they should not be put with anything else because they are so shy. Right now they are in a 10 gal tank my themselves. I don't know what to do with them..........should i get some kind of tank mates for them and leave them in he 10 gal, put them in with the blood parrots or in a 55 gal tank with platies. I have had them a month and hey are still so shy they only come out when they think no one is around.

I wouldnt put them with the blood parrot.

They would do much better in the 55 with plenty of plants and hidey holes, some kind of caves. They will be fine with the platies, in fact the platies may act like a dither fish and encourage them to come out more
